Before, during and after the call.

It notices the call, listens on your Mac, and writes a note that shows its sources.

Join the waitlist

It starts before you say hello.

One app for the whole meeting, from the calendar to the finished note. No bot joins the call.

It notices the call.

When a call starts in Chrome, Zoom or Teams, KeptNote offers to record. Your next meetings wait on Home, one click away.

KeptNote's Home in the Deep: today's date over the reef, the next meeting with its time, the day line, and today's meetings from the calendar.

You write a few words.

Type what matters, or nothing at all. The live transcript runs on your Mac, marked Me and Them. Press / for a template.

KeptNote recording a call: your typed notes on the left, and the live transcript on this Mac beside them, marked Me and Them.

The note is written on your Mac.

No key and no internet needed. Every line links to the words behind it. Improve with Claude is there if you want it, on your own key.

The moment a meeting ends, in the Deep: the nautilus shell, and Kept. Your note is ready.

Every line shows its source.

Point at a line of the note and press its time. The transcript opens beside it, at the moment it was said.

You will look at this all day. So we made it beautiful.

Two waters, Shallows by day and Deep by night. It follows your Mac, and the reef is always there behind your notes.

KeptNote's welcome screen over the reef. On the left, the Shallows, the app's daylight look; on the right, the Deep, its night look.
A meeting in progress with the Reef showing instead of the notes: a living reef, while the transcript keeps running.

And when a meeting runs long, the Reef.

Switch from Notes to Reef and rest your eyes in living water while KeptNote keeps listening. No sound, nothing missed.

Visit the Reef

Two ways to listen.

Choose when you start. KeptNote listens to your Mac, not to the call app, so it works with Zoom, Google Meet, Teams and the rest.

Your microphone becomes Me, and the sound playing on your device becomes Them, in the live transcript.

  1. 13:31Me

Where did we land on the launch date?

  2. 13:35Them

We could still make the 5th, if we push.

  3. 13:38Them

Support is thin that week. The 12th gives us a clean runway.

  4. 13:44Me

Then the 12th. Priya, can you check with the team?

A small card, over any call.

It floats over the call window, top right, and gets out of the way once you have answered.

KeptNote notices the call and asks. One click, and it records on your Mac.

  • No bot joins. Nothing is added to the attendee list.
  • Works with Zoom, Google Meet, Teams and any call app.
  • Saved in 5-second pieces, so a crash loses almost nothing.

Ask one meeting. Or all of them.

A plain question gets a short answer, drawn from what was said.

KeptNote's Ask page in the Deep: the question What's left before launch, answered across three meetings, each fact under the meeting it came from.

Ask uses your own AI key, and your provider bills you. It is the only time meeting text leaves your Mac, and only when you turn it on.
