From the App Store. It records the room, not phone calls. For calls, use your Mac. The watch starts, marks and stops a recording, or records when your phone is away.
Needs iOS 26 or later, and watchOS 26 or later for the watch.

From Google Play. Your phone records the meeting, and a Wear OS watch works as a remote and can record too.

Which one records a call?
Your Mac records a call, with no bot in it. A phone or a watch records the room. If the call is on your phone, use KeptNote on your Mac.
Where do my meetings live?
On the device that recorded them, as files you own. Nothing is uploaded unless you turn on a feature that needs your own AI key.
