Send feedback from the app
Press Help in the rail and choose Send feedback. Or open Settings, stay on the General tab, find Help, and press Write email next to Send feedback.
A draft opens in your mail app. The subject is KeptNote feedback. The body is a short form: Problem or feature request:, Steps:, Expected:, Actual: and What I tried:. One line at the end holds your KeptNote and macOS versions.
Fill in the form and press Send in your mail app.
The draft carries no attachment. KeptNote sends nothing until you press Send. If your Mac has no mail app set up, KeptNote says Email draft could not be opened. You can then write to hello@keptnote.com from any email app.
What helps us most
- What you did, step by step, and what you expected.
- What happened instead, and any message you saw, word for word.
- The setup summary from the app. In Settings, on the General tab, Diagnostics has a Copy button. It copies the versions, how notes are written, your provider name, the transcription language, how many meetings you keep, and when transcripts are deleted. It holds no notes, transcripts or keys. Paste it into your email.
- For a license question, the email address you used to buy KeptNote. Do not send the whole key in a public place.
Do not send audio, transcripts or notes unless we ask. You decide what to share.
